The AutoGas Emissions Analyzer is a rugged portable gas analyzer with PC software for running on any Windows PC. It is designed to be used in an environment where both high durability and excellent accuracy are critical to diagnosing vehicle problems. No external display is required outside of a PC and this makes the AutoGas Emissions Analyzer the most cost effective choice for a high quality emissions analyzer. 4 gas and 5 gas versions are available providing measurements of HC, CO, CO2, O2, NOx, Lambda and Air Fuel ratio. The analyzer exceeds performance requirements for measurement specifications such as ASM/BAR 97, OIML, and BAR90. The analyzer is mounted in a durable case that keeps all connections safe from accidental dropping. The software included makes this a complete stand-alone unit when connected to any PC running Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows NT, Windows ME, Windows 2000 and Windows XP with one available com port and one available USB port. The analyzer and sampling system are designed to provide a completely portable unit with automatic water removal and a rugged durable filtration system. The analyzer’s quick warm-up time and accuracy is designed to allow the service technician either to use it on-site at his/her facility, or on the road to test the vehicle. The design is ideally suited for governments and fleets where portable emissions testing is needed. The AutoGas Emissions Analyzer is used at many R&D facilities and colleges who take advantage of its powerful data storage and who use it in conjunction with our diesel testing unit.

- Durable high strength aluminum case with all of the connections on the inside of the case. With this unique design, all of the connections are protected from accidental droppage.

- Automatic water removal to remove water from the vehicle's exhaust as the analyzer runs. Some systems require you to shake out the water out of the filter. Pocket Gas does this automatically. The water is removed continuously as the system is operated to eliminate frequent purging.
- Unique float system to prevent damage to analyzer if exhaust sample probe lands in water.
- Zero air port which helps guaranty accurate emissions readings and allows the gas analyzer to zero without removing the sample probe from the vehicles exhaust pipe.

- Large digital meters with pull-down lists for easy viewing of gases from any distance.
- One touch click for data recording. Record data over long profiles second by second or change interval for tests like engine brake in.
- International software with English and Metric units. Built in language translation allows software to be translated without programming knowledge. (Includes most languages. Consult AutoLogic for more details.)
- Data saved in industry standard relational database format. Great for research and development facilities who wish to record emissions data. Great for fleets testing with many cars. Often a technician may start work on one vehicle and move to the next vehicle before finishing the first. This database stores an almost unlimited amount of data from many vehicles so that one technician may work on many vehicles or many technicians may work on many vehicles simultaneously.
- All emissions are tied to the customer and vehicle allowing for recall later on for comparison purposes.
- Two speed idle (TSI) test in addition to digital readout of emissions. This enables easy comparison to state inspection test results. This also provides garage owners and technicians with an easy way to assure that everyone is testing the vehicle the same way before and after repairs. Data is collected automatically and the technician is guided through the test with clear on screen prompts.

AutoGas Emissions Analyzer - Certified Testing PC Configuration and OEM configurations.
The Auto Gas Emission Analyzer - PC configuration comes with PC software and a heavy duty emissions bench that is the same bench used in BAR97 emission testing programs. The software has the same high-end technology features as the portable configuration but the bench is more suitable for heavy testing needs. This typically would be used in countries outside of the United States that require a certified BAR97 gas analyzer module rather than an analyzer that is BAR97 accurate.This bench is designed to be mounted in a cabinet for proper operation. The gas analyzer exceeds performance requirements for measurement specifications such as ASM / BAR 97, OIML Class 1, and BAR90. The software can be used on any PC which runs Windows.
